Position: Project Sales Executive

Our client, a leader in the Design-Build / Engineering Services sector, provides a wide range of services including Pre-Construction, Detailing, BIM, VDC, Special Projects, Plumbing & Pipefitting Installation, HVAC, & Fabrication. They are currently seeking a Project Sales Executive to join the organization, playing a key role in driving new business and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, aiming to foster repeat business and grow the company's client base
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate and competitive bids for plan/specs, design/build, and negotiated projects
  • Work closely with the Engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, being able to make necessary adjustments

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hunting for new business, ideally in the HVAC/Special Projects sector
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a sales/business development role
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and market conditions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
