Service Advisor / Relationship Manager Position
Our client offers a comprehensive suite of financial services and full benefits. They are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor/ Relationship Manager. This role is vital as it supports clients' financial goals and ensures their long-term financial security.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in transferring accounts, rolling over 401(k) plans, and facilitating Roth IRA conversions.
- Coordinate with custodians and other financial institutions to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions in client accounts.
- Use advanced financial planning software tools to create and maintain detailed financial plans aligned with clients’ goals.
- Conduct cash flow analysis and project future financial needs to develop personalized financial strategies.
- Design customized Social Security income strategies, ensuring clients make informed decisions based on their unique financial situation.
- Develop comprehensive retirement plans that incorporate asset allocation, withdrawal strategies, and future income needs.
- Determine appropriate annuity investments for clients based on their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and retirement goals.
- Assess and recommend the best annuity products to optimize retirement income and reduce risks associated with longevity.
- Analyze and recommend tax-efficient strategies to enhance clients' retirement savings and overall financial health.
- Provide guidance on tax implications of various financial decisions and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities in retirement.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and communication throughout the financial planning process.
- Regularly update clients on the progress of their plans, providing clear explanations of financial strategies and account activities.
- Work closely with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to clients’ financial well-being.
- Stay current on financial regulations, products, and tools to provide the best solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong background in comprehensive financial planning.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Series 65 license.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
- Washington State Health and Life Insurance license.
