Position: Account Manager
Our client, a leading provider of elevator modernization services, preventative maintenance and code compliance, shunt trip testing and fire recall systems, elevator pit waterproofing and electrical services, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager. The selected candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build trust-based relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility teams.
- Proactively communicate about service schedules, repair needs, and elevator performance.
- Coordinate with service and repair teams to resolve customer concerns quickly.
- Identify and promote opportunities for new service account, modernizations or upgrades.
- Track contract renewals and assist in pricing proposals.
- Collaborate with operations and admin staff to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, proposals, and renewals in the CRM.
- Attend site visits as needed to better understand client needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in account management, client services, or sales (experience in elevator or technical services is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed.
