Machine Operator - Swing Shift

They are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator – Swing Shift to join their production team, contributing to the efficient manufacturing of their products.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in a manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and reaching for the duration of the shift.
• Lift and carry up to 65 pounds independently.
• Read and interpret work specifications, following directions provided in English.
• Use tools such as box cutters and measure products accurately using scales in ounces, pounds, and grams.
• Perform basic math calculations and ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality for the Monday-Friday swing shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 65 pounds independently and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a motivated work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions in English.
