Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial plumbing and mechanical projects from start to finish.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently with support from Project Executives.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of subcontractors.
- Ensure the successful execution of projects and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the estimating team for seamless project transitions.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or as an assistant project manager in a mechanical contracting environment.
- Demonstrated capability to independently manage projects for at least two years for those applying for a lead PM role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical and plumbing systems.
