Swing Shift Production Associate

Our client’s company, a fast-growing leader in the pet supply industry, is dedicated to creating premium treats, toys, and gear for dogs. They are currently seeking a Swing Shift Production Associate to join their manufacturing team, contributing to the production of high-quality pet products.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled tasks under limited supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Lift and carry up to 65 pounds independently.
• Stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
• Read and follow work specifications and instructions provided in English.
• Use tools such as box cutters and measure products with scales in units of ounces, pounds, and grams.
• Perform basic math calculations to meet product specifications.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality for the Monday-Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting up to 65 pounds independently and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a motivated work ethic.
• Proficiency in following instructions provided in English.
