They are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the northern region. 

This role involves managing all phases of home construction, from schedule coordination to customer care, ensuring that every home meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality homes within budget.
  • Coordinate and evaluate subcontractor work to meet all building codes and company standards.
  • Inspect workmanship, halt unsatisfactory or noncompliant work, and approve payments following thorough inspections.
  • Manage the entire customer experience, including homeowner orientations, progress updates, and resolving concerns.
  • Maintain community cleanliness and visual appeal throughout construction.
  • Oversee post-close warranty processes, addressing homeowner requests and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on building codes and collaborate with sales, warranty, and management teams to proactively resolve issues.
  • Uphold professionalism and ethical standards to foster customer satisfaction and enhance company goodwill.
  • Work flexible hours as needed to meet project demands.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2–4 years of relevant construction experience, with the ability to manage all phases of home construction, including the "13 Milestones of Construction."
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, municipal permitting, regulations, and building codes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and DRH Construction applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong budget management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work in various weather conditions and physical environments (including lifting up to 50 pounds and walking on uneven terrain).
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving and regular interaction with customers and team members.
