They are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join their team and serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing daily service needs and driving business growth. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the daily contact for assigned clients, addressing and resolving any service-related issues.
  • Coordinate the renewal and re-marketing process to ensure clients have the best coverage options.
  • Assist in creating solicitation or prospecting materials and prepare insurance proposals for presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with Producers and clients to market and place new business.
  • Schedule and participate in presentations, department meetings, and service calls as needed.
  • Provide technical support to Producers by analyzing client needs, coverage forms, and quotes, and recommending appropriate coverage options.
  • Identify exposures to loss and propose suitable insurance solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with AMS360 is preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend effective coverage solutions.
  • Prior experience in a commercial insurance setting is highly desirable.
