Production Assistant – Packaging

They are currently seeking a Production Assistant – Packaging to support their manufacturing team and help ensure the efficient production of their innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging tasks under limited supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Lift and carry up to 65 pounds independently.
• Stand and perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive motions, throughout the shift.
• Read and follow work specifications accurately.
• Use tools such as box cutters and measure products with scales in ounces, pounds, and grams.
• Perform basic math calculations to meet product specifications.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for the Monday-Friday shift.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting up to 65 pounds and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with mass units for measuring products.
• Ability to read and interpret work specifications.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and safety-conscious.
• Punctual, self-motivated, and able to follow directions in English.
