The Superintendent will play a crucial role in leading and managing a town home project in Bend, OR, utilizing their knowledge of construction, project management, and best practices. The company is growing and offers ample advancement potential, with more multi- and single-family developments planned in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and control all job site personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Manage daily operations, schedule, cost control, and procurement of tools and materials.
- Communicate and update internal and external customers (project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, engineers, home office, and crew).
- Document and ensure progress and schedule, purchase orders, requests for information, safety reports, team performance, and completion log (with photos).
- Ensure owner satisfaction and compliance with specifications and standards at project completion.
Qualifications:
- Construction experience (residential strongly preferred).
- Proven independent leadership skills.
- Exceptional project management and customer service skills.
- Computer skills for cost and communication updates.
- Knowledge of scheduling, blueprints, and construction trades.
- High level of initiative and integrity.
