Parts Specialist

Our client is a leading provider of pressure washers, waste oil heating, floor care equipment, and more. This position involves advising and selling parts to customers in person, via phone, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with customers in person, via phone and email
• Use customer provided information to identify product or parts needed
• Use printed and digital catalogs and diagrams for product research
• Advise customers of product price and availability
• Cross sell complementary products and services
• Prepare customer quotes, estimates, rental agreements, and service requests
• Input customer orders received via telephone, email, website
• Prepare and issue customer invoices
• Issue vendor purchase orders
• Receive, ship, and store parts as needed
• Follow up & monitor open customer orders daily
• Communicate delivery status, changes and or delays with customers
• Follow up on customer order errors and remedy the situation

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of accuracy
• Professional appearance
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Local valid driver's license. Clean driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations in the past five (5) years
• No impaired driving convictions within the past five (5) years and no charges currently pending
