We work with both candidates seeking employment and clients (employers) looking to hire talent.

3. Candidate Terms

If you are a candidate, by submitting your CV or personal information to us, you agree that:

• We may share your CV and personal information with prospective employers
• Submitting your CV does not guarantee job placement

Fees and payment terms for recruitment services are subject to a separate agreement between Career Matters and the client.

• No uploading of harmful code, viruses or attempting unauthorised access
• No use of automated systems to access or harvest data
• No defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content submitted through our services
