We are looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for sales, operations, and coaching to drive excellence in our boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach junior staff to enhance customer service and sales performance
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless efficiency
• Maintain an elevated standard of luxury shopping experience for customers
• Drive sales targets and analyze performance to maximize revenue
• Ensure merchandising and store displays meet brand standards
• Manage inventory, stock control, and reporting to optimize store performance

What You Bring:

• 6 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position
• Demonstrated sales experience in high-end fashion, bags, shoes, and accessories
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team development skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
• Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Availability to start on short notice or immediately is preferred
