Job Title : Head of Demand Planning

Job Summary

As the Head of Demand Planning, you will be responsible for leading and managing the demand planning function within a company whilst initiating the S&OP process.

Special Highlights:

This role requires a strong professional with hands on experience in setting up S&OP Process for the company with experience in working for an import driven or Multinational Company.

Salary:

• Gross Salary Rs 400,000 to Rs 600,000 + Company Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand forecasting and analysis: Lead the demand planning team in generating accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, customer insights, and other relevant factors. Utilize statistical models and forecasting software to support data-driven decision-making.
• Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Develop and implement a comprehensive S&OP process that integrates demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making to align demand and supply plans, optimize resource allocation, and ensure operational efficiency
• Business strategy alignment: Collaborate with senior management to align demand planning and S&OP processes with the overall business strategy. Provide insights and recommendations based on demand forecasting analysis

Qualification and Skills:

• BSC in Supply chain / Statistics or a professional qualification in supply chain.
• Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics, inventory management principles, and sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes.
• 06 to 07 years of experience in demand planning and 05 06 years in a managerial position.
