Job Summary
As an Executive in Social Media Marketing, your role is to develop and implement effective strategies to leverage social media platforms for brand promotion, audience engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and driving social media advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization's
- marketing objectives. Identifying target audiences, determining the appropriate social media platforms, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Creating engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats. Planning and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
- Engaging with the audience, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback on social media platforms. Building and nurturing an online community by fostering meaningful interactions and relationships with followers.
- Developing and implementing paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences, drive traffic, and generate leads. Managing budget allocations, targeting parameters, and ad creative to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitoring social media metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Generating regular reports and providing insights to optimize future social media activities.
- Identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers, bloggers, and industry thought leaders to amplify brand reach and engagement. Building and maintaining relationships with influencers to secure partnerships and endorsements.
- Staying informed about industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging social media marketing techniques. Conducting social listening to gather insights about brand perception and customer sentiment.
Prerequisites
- Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- Working experience in retail and fashion industry will be an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for organic and paid reach. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
