Job Role:
Your role would involve managing sales activities with WORLD RENOWN BRANDS in AGRI MACHINERIES within a designated geographical area or territory. Your primary responsibilities would be to develop and maintain customer relationships, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBLITIES
- You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and maximizing revenue within your assigned territory. Effective territory management, strong relationship-building skills, and a customer-centric approach are key to succeeding in this position.
- Territory Management: Manage a specific geographic territory and develop a comprehensive territory management plan. Identify potential customers, prioritize sales prospects, and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory. Understand their needs, provide product information, and address inquiries or concerns promptly. Regularly visit customers, conduct sales presentations, and maintain regular communication to drive customer loyalty and increase sales.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and work towards achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Develop sales strategies, action plans, and tactics to meet or exceed sales goals. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the territory. Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events. Conduct prospecting activities, qualify leads, and convert them into customers.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring profitability. Present product solutions, address objections, and build consensus to close sales deals in a timely manner.
- Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the assigned territory. Gather market intelligence, identify industry developments, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
JOB REQUIRMENTS
- G.C.E Advanced Level Qualification with 3 passes
- Full or part qualification in ClM / SLIM or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar capacity
- Computer literacy with knowledge In MS Office and Excel
