Position: Staff Nurse - SAUDI ARABIA

Job Purpose: As a Staff Nurse, your role is to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of patients. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in medical status.

• Perform nursing procedures, such as wound dressing, catheterization, and venipuncture, following established protocols and infection control measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and answering questions.

1. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Document all nursing interventions, medications administered, and changes in patient condition.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing clear instructions and explanations.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication of patient information.
• Participate in healthcare team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to care planning discussions.

Requirements:
