Position: Intern - Business Coordinator (Recruitment Company)
Job Purpose
As an Intern - Business Coordinator for a recruitment company, you will provide support to the recruitment team in various administrative and coordination tasks. You will assist in the smooth functioning of recruitment processes, candidate management, and overall business operations. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to the recruitment industry, allowing you to develop essential skills and gain practical experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management:
- Assist in screening and shortlisting resumes received for various job openings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system with relevant information.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
2. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining recruitment-related files, documents, and databases.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and presentations as required.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
3. Coordination and Communication:
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and follow-up activities with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
- Liaise with candidates to provide updates, answer queries, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in coordinating communication and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct research with regard to the job orders and job mandate through google and other media
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
