We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement & Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations with Advance Analytical tools and dashboards to drive operational efficiency and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and support the implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
3. Perform data analysis, including data mining and interpretation, to extract valuable insights and support decision-making.
4. Create Data sheets and Dashboards using Advance Excel / Pivots / Google Analytics / VLOOKUP / Power Bi.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of business requirements and project objectives.
6. Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training, documentation, and change management activities.
7. Monitor and track project progress

1. Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on business performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
2. Identify opportunities to optimize revenue generation, cost control, and resource allocation.
3. Streamline and automate processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics / Statistics or other Deg / CIMA.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Conversant with Advance Excel / Pivots / Google Analytics / Vlook up / Power Bi.
4. 4. Exposure to project management tools such as Tableau/Air Table/ Jira etc can be an advantage.
5. 5. Lean Yellow or Green below would be an advantage.
