Job Summary

As the Senior Executive Learning & Development, you will be responsible designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify executive development needs and design programs to address skill gaps and foster leadership development.
  • Design and deliver high-impact learning programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and stakeholders to understand business priorities and align learning interventions accordingly.
  • Implement metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of executive learning programs.
  • Analyze feedback, participant evaluations, and key performance indicators to continuously improve and enhance the learning experience.

Prerequisites

  • Degree in Business management/HR or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in learning and development.
  • Understanding of business strategies, industry trends, and organizational dynamics to design learning programs that align with strategic goals.
