Job Summary
As the Senior Executive Learning & Development, you will be responsible designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify executive development needs and design programs to address skill gaps and foster leadership development.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and stakeholders to understand business priorities and align learning interventions accordingly.
- Implement metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of executive learning programs.
- Analyze feedback, participant evaluations, and key performance indicators to continuously improve and enhance the learning experience.
Prerequisites
- Degree in Business management/HR or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years experience in learning and development.
- Understanding of business strategies, industry trends, and organizational dynamics to design learning programs that align with strategic goals.
