We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our prestigious luxury watch retailer. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and driving our marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Your expertise in coordinating with brand principals, staying up to date on social media trends, event organizing, and media planning will be essential in executing successful marketing campaigns and maintaining our position as a leader in the luxury watch industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Coordination:
    • Collaborate with brand principals and manufacturers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
    • Maintain strong relationships with brand principals and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance our brand presence and exclusivity.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and tools to effectively engage with our target audience.
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty.
    • Create compelling and engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results.
  3. Event Organization:
    • Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events and product launches to create buzz and generate excitement within the target market.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue selection, guest list management, and event promotion.
    • Leverage events to build strong relationships with existing customers and attract new clientele.
  4. Media Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive media plans and advertising strategies to effectively reach the target audience across various channels, such as print, digital, and broadcast.
    • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to create compelling advertising campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
    • Monitor media campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the luxury retail industry, preferably with a focus on watches or high-end fashion.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury watch market, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Proficiency in media planning and buying, including knowledge of various advertising channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with brand principals, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that differentiate our brand in the luxury watch market.
