Job Summary

As a Management Accounting Finance Manager, your role is to oversee and manage the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within an organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of the organization by providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with senior management to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial performance against targets.
• Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement. Preparing and presenting financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management and stakeholders.
• Managing and controlling costs through analysis of expenditures, cost drivers, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Implementing and maintaining effective management accounting systems and procedures. Providing accurate and timely financial information for decision-making purposes.
• Assessing financial risks and implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
• Conducting financial forecasting and cash flow analysis to support liquidity management and working capital optimization.
• Managing and developing a team of finance professionals. Providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional growth.

Prerequisites

• Degree in Finance management or equivalent qualification

• Must be a member of a financial institute (CIMA/CMA etc.)

• Working experience in manufacturing/FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and management accounting practices. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
