Job Summary:
This role requires to manage and oversee sales operations of lubricants within a designated geographic region or zone.

Salary:
- Basic Rs 250K 300K + VA + Fuel
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and objectives for the assigned zone in alignment with the company's overall sales goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals within the zone. Recruit, train, and manage the performance of sales personnel, including setting targets, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell the company's products.
Target Achievement: Set sales targets for the zone and monitor progress regularly. Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed the assigned sales targets. Analyze sales data, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to drive sales performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and stakeholders within the zone. Resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and work closely with the marketing team to implement customer retention and loyalty programs.
Dealer Network Development: Develop and manage the dealer network within the zone. Identify potential dealership opportunities, evaluate their viability, negotiate contracts, and onboard new dealers. Provide necessary support, training, and guidance to dealerships to

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
