Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain overall project schedules, milestone plans, and detailed execution schedules.
  • Establish project scheduling systems using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and related tools.
  • Monitor project progress, analyze schedule variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify critical paths and schedule risks and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Manage resource planning, resource leveling, and utilization analysis.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and management progress reports.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collect, analyse, and report project schedule performance data.
  • Support tender planning and project execution scheduling activities.
  • Ensure planning and scheduling practices comply with company procedures and industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SAP, and related software.
  • Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, resource leveling, and project controls.
  • Familiar with the full project lifecycle and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and across departments.
  • Familiar with international project management standards and practices.
  • PMP and/or Primavera P6 certification is preferred.
  • Ability to independently establish and manage project planning systems.
