Front-of-House (FOH) Team Leader (Kuala Lumpur Branch)

Salary Range: RM2,600-RM3,200 + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the FOH Supervisor in implementing operational and management directives, ensuring smooth daily service operations during assigned shifts.

2. Lead and guide the service team in executing daily work plans, including staffing, task allocation, and shift coordination.

3. Supervise employees to ensure full compliance with company SOPs and service standards, maintaining high-quality guest service.

4. Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily objectives, review attendance and grooming, and deliver work instructions.

5. Oversee the safety and proper use of restaurant equipment, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

6. Inspect the dining area before opening hours to ensure tables, chairs, utensils, and service setups meet operational standards.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the F&B industry, with sound knowledge of Front-of-House operations.

2. Strong ability to carry out daily operational tasks efficiently and ensure team members meet service expectations.

3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with other departments.

4. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and sense of responsibility in leading and supporting the service team.
