Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance:

* Perform maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems for production and facility equipment;

* Diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot issues & carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

2. Equipment Management:

* Conduct regular inspections, servicing & adjustments to maintain equipment performance;

* Ensure machines & systems are functioning efficiently by adhering to maintenance schedules.

3. Coordination and Reporting:

* Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operational workflows;

* Document all repairs & maintenance activities in accordance with the companys standards;

* Report mechanical/electrical issues and recommend improvement measures.

4. Inventory and Tools Management:

* Manage maintenance-related tools & spare parts inventory;

* Coordinate with suppliers for necessary spare parts procurement.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

*Education: High School, Diploma and above with Certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology (Power).

*Skills: Ability to operate machinery & perform mechanical/electrical troubleshooting & repairs;

-Basic computer knowledge to document reports & track maintenance activities;

-Proficiency in communicating in Chinese will be considered an added advantage.

*Experience: Some programs may require prior experience in the electrical field for admission.

Additional Requirements:

-Proficiency in using relevant tools & machinery;

-A strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems with attention to safety standards;

-Work Conditions - Able to work in a factory environment, involving physical labor & working with heavy machinery.
