Job Summary: As a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining the stability and enhancement of network infrastructure across multiple domains, ensuring seamless operations for Core Services Applications, Datacenter Networks, and Network International. You will provide 2nd/3rd level network support, manage Requests, Incidents, Changes, and Problems in production environments, and participate in on-call rotations including weekends, public holidays, and after-hours support. Collaboration with internal departments, external vendors, and companies will be crucial in supporting various network projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd level network support for critical Core Services Applications including IPAM, F5-Loadbalancing, Cisco ISE, RSA 2fA, DHCP, DNS, NTP, and Splunk.
- Manage Requests, Incidents, Changes, and Problems in Datacenter Network environments.
- Support network projects across different domains including implementation and maintenance of Cisco Software Defined Infrastructures (SD-WAN, SDA), WLAN solutions (including Meraki), and Cisco ACI.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and companies to ensure alignment and collaboration on network initiatives.
- Participate in on-call support rotation to ensure continuous network availability and performance.
Professional Skills:
- Strong networking knowledge with 3-5 years of experience (Cisco CCNP level / Juniper JNCIS-INT level) in network protocols MPLS, BGP / multiprotocol BGP, OSPF, multicast routing (PIM, MSDP).
- Proficiency in Layer-2 network technologies and hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst series, Cisco ASR and ISR routers, Juniper QFX/EX series, MX series, and their operating systems.
- Expertise in implementing and configuring Cisco Software Defined Infrastructures (SD-WAN, SDA), WLAN solutions (including Meraki), and network automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, Git.
- Familiarity with network management technologies such as SNMP, SYSLOG, IP SLA, NetFlow, and proficiency in analyzing network traces.
- Cloud experience with Azure and GCP is advantageous.
