Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Support business operations and handle ad-hoc assignments including data entry, report preparation, and process documentation.
- Support various departments (finance, HR, marketing, operations) with day-to-day activities.
- Maintain and organize files, records, databases, filing systems and reports.
- Collaborate with various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, to streamline workflows.
- Provide general office support and contribute to special projects.
Job Requirements:
- Completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
