Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance metrics, and market insights for management review.
- Excavate and capture market opportunities, develop new markets, increase product sales scope, and organize company resources to implement projects.
- Be responsible for the overall sales cost, profit, and delivery of the product, and ensure the rationality of each contract signing
- Assist the general manager in daily work arrangements, including meeting organization, records and tracking of to-be-completed items.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in solar energy industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be familiar with the energy storage or solar industry and be able to analyse accurate information on market trends, demand changes, competitors and customer feedback, and provide the company with a basis for business development preparation.
- Have a good understanding of the Southeast Asian solar and energy storage market, make market forecasts and formulate sales plans based on the market information.
- Able to handle several tasks assigned by general manager, including visits to government authority units.
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
