Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for managing and maintaining automated equipment at the client site. Here is the job requirements and daily responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities
- On-Site Equipment Management: Stationed at the client site, responsible for the installation, modification, and daily maintenance of automated equipment.
- Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly.
- Data and Status Reporting: Daily tracking and reporting of production data, equipment status, and client requirements.
- Material Management: Manage tools, spare parts, and materials on-site to ensure adequate supply.
- Recording and Tracking Abnormalities: Document and follow up on equipment abnormalities until issues are resolved.
Job Requirements
- Non-standard Equipment Maintenance Experience: At least 2 years of experience, with the ability to independently handle equipment maintenance tasks.
- Electrical Diagram Reading: Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams to perform equipment inspections and troubleshoot issues.
- Knowledge of Equipment Components: Familiar with the functions and maintenance of components like cylinders, motors, robotic arms, etc.
- Logical Analysis Skills: Capable of analyzing and diagnosing equipment faults.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin as will need to communicate and collaborate effectively with the R&D team in China to resolve on-site issues remotely.
