About the job Outsourcing Accounting Manager
Job Description:
- Independently manage a portfolio of accounting clients and leading a team to provide high quality services to clients.
- Overseeing the operation of the department including administrative function, resource planning and work schedules to achieve the departments goals
- Design and establish processes and procedures to meet the changing operational and regulatory requirements.
- Manage deadlines and ensure deliverables of timely and accurate financial reports to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce with at least five (5) years of direct working experience in the field of Audit at supervisory level.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good knowledge of Sales and Service Tax is an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- High technical ability and analytical skills.
- Proactive, innovative and self driven.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills
- Entrepreneurially driven with the ability to establish excellent clients and staff relations.
- Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude
