About the job Senior Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive testing solutions for 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) products.

2. Independently prepare and deliver detailed data analysis reports in both Chinese and English, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

3. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution of testing strategies and compliance with technical specifications.

4. Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during equipment installation, configuration, and validation at customer or factory sites.

5. Serve as the primary technical liaison with contract manufacturing (CM) partners and end customers, managing technical discussions and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in 3C product testing, with solid understanding of relevant industry standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance.

3. Proficient in the use of test automation software and tools for executing and validating functional, performance, and reliability tests.

4. Skilled in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, LabVIEW, or similar) for test development, debugging, and automation tasks.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently.

6. Willingness and ability to travel for business, including international assignments.

7. Willingness to travel overseas for training purposes as required by project or organizational needs.

8. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese-speaking teams, vendors, or customers.
