About the job Store Manager (Johor Bahru Branch)
Salary Range: RM6,000-RM7,500 + Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure excellent dining service quality and achieve monthly sales and profit targets.
- Take full responsibility for store management, leading all staff to accomplish the companys operational and business objectives.
- Manage all human resources, finances, and materials within the store, ensuring strict compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Enforce financial procedures, monitor and control operating costs and inventory to maintain profitability.
- Supervise the daily work of the Front-of-House Manager and Head Chef, resolving operational issues promptly to maintain food and service quality.
- Execute marketing and promotional strategies from the head office, providing timely feedback to ensure business targets are met.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relations, expand the customer base, and enhance brand image through excellent public relations and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of store assets, equipment, and inventory, preventing any loss or misuse.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, collect customer feedback, and implement improvements to maintain the restaurants reputation.
- Supervise and implement staff training to ensure employees possess strong professional knowledge, service skills, and positive attitudes.
- Lead and motivate the team, manage scheduling, performance reviews, and enforce reward and disciplinary actions according to company policy.
- Review and verify daily sales reports, purchasing and expense claims, and other financial documentation in accordance with company accounting standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry (experience in large restaurant chains preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to adapt to standardized corporate training and management systems.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations (QSCQuality, Service, Cleanliness), staff management, sales, and profit control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
