What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will drive recruitment initiatives supporting the rapid expansion of our Kulim operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across manufacturing and engineering functions.
- Manage large-scale hiring projects, workforce ramp-ups and critical white-collar positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand hiring priorities.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for key manufacturing, engineering, technical and operational roles.
- Represent AT&S at industry events, career fairs, university engagements, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support recruitment process improvement initiatives and contribute to building scalable hiring solutions.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Proven success recruiting within manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, automotive, medical device, or other fast-paced production environments.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring projects and workforce ramp-ups.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies, external partners, and talent sourcing channels.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, EMS, automotive, medical device, or shared services recruitment experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale plant expansions, greenfield projects, or manufacturing start-ups.
- Experience recruiting technical and engineering talent.
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors platform and digital recruiting tools.
