BIM Plumbing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform BIM modelling and detailing based on project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built models.
• Participate in MEP coordination and clash detection activities.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Support quantity take-off and BIM reporting activities.
• Manage model revisions and documentation control.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Plumbing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM Plumbing experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction standards.
• MEP coordination experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
