Key Responsibilities

HR & Administration Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview arrangements.
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Assist in preparing payroll-related documentation and employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee information.
  • Support payroll data compilation and verification.

BPO / Client Support

  • Assist the team in handling outsourced HR or payroll processes for clients.
  • Help prepare reports, documentation and operational records.
  • Support day-to-day client service administration.

General Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the HR & operations team.
  • Assist with HR projects, research and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Internship period: 3 – 6 months
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
