About the job CNC Programmer
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and modify CNC programs for CNC Milling and Turning machines.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Assist with machine setup and first article inspection.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues during production.
- Work closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
- Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Maintain CNC programs and related process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of CNC Programming experience are preferred.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Knowledge of CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
