About the job CNC Programmer

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and modify CNC programs for CNC Milling and Turning machines.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
  • Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
  • Assist with machine setup and first article inspection.
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues during production.
  • Work closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
  • Maintain CNC programs and related process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 2–3 years of CNC Programming experience are preferred.
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Knowledge of CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning processes.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
