Key Responsibilities:
1) Electrical Design & Development
- Design electrical systems for customized test fixtures and automation equipment, including schematic creation, circuit analysis, and component selection.
- Develop accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure timely updates throughout the design lifecycle.
- Work closely with mechanical engineers during the pre-sales and design phases to develop technically feasible and cost-effective solutions.
2) Fixture Commissioning & Debugging
- Perform fixture setup, fine-tuning, and debugging prior to shipment.
- Provide on-site technical support at customer facilities (domestic & international), including troubleshooting, tuning, and NPI builds.
- Customer Communication & Support
- Engage with customers to understand testing requirements, propose test methods, and explain design logic.
- Conduct technical discussions, on-site training, and post-installation support as needed.
3) Instrumentation & Tools
- Utilize instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc., to validate electrical performance.
- Perform soldering and rework for PCB and component-level adjustments.
4) Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain technical drawings, acceptance reports, and design documentation.
- Ensure electrical design meets safety and compliance standards (e.g., IEC, CE, UL as applicable).

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, preferably in test fixtures, automation, or custom equipment.
- Proficient in electrical schematic design using CAD tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of analog/digital circuit design, including:
i) Voltage followers, amplifiers, voltage dividers
ii) Signal integrity and small-signal modeling
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and software-integrated systems.
- Experience with industrial automation components such as PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and actuators is a plus.
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally based on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or designing test systems for Apple product lines (e.g., iPhone, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch).
- Familiarity with SMT and FATP manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to NPI (New Product Introduction) and volume production ramp-up support
