Key Responsibilities:

1) Electrical Design & Development

- Design electrical systems for customized test fixtures and automation equipment, including schematic creation, circuit analysis, and component selection.

- Develop accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure timely updates throughout the design lifecycle.

- Work closely with mechanical engineers during the pre-sales and design phases to develop technically feasible and cost-effective solutions.

2) Fixture Commissioning & Debugging

- Perform fixture setup, fine-tuning, and debugging prior to shipment.

- Provide on-site technical support at customer facilities (domestic & international), including troubleshooting, tuning, and NPI builds.

- Customer Communication & Support

- Engage with customers to understand testing requirements, propose test methods, and explain design logic.

- Conduct technical discussions, on-site training, and post-installation support as needed.

3) Instrumentation & Tools

- Utilize instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc., to validate electrical performance.

- Perform soldering and rework for PCB and component-level adjustments.

4) Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare and maintain technical drawings, acceptance reports, and design documentation.

- Ensure electrical design meets safety and compliance standards (e.g., IEC, CE, UL as applicable).

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, preferably in test fixtures, automation, or custom equipment.

- Proficient in electrical schematic design using CAD tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent).

- Solid understanding of analog/digital circuit design, including:

i) Voltage followers, amplifiers, voltage dividers

ii) Signal integrity and small-signal modeling

- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and software-integrated systems.

- Experience with industrial automation components such as PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and actuators is a plus.

- Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Willingness and ability to travel internationally based on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with or designing test systems for Apple product lines (e.g., iPhone, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch).

- Familiarity with SMT and FATP manufacturing environments.

- Exposure to NPI (New Product Introduction) and volume production ramp-up support
