Front-of-House (FOH) Supervisor (Johor Bahru Branch)

Salary Range: RM4,000-RM4,600 + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Front-of-House Manager in implementing operational and management instructions, and coordinate all shift operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

2. Take charge of day-to-day FOH operations including staffing, scheduling, and shift management.

3. Supervise and guide all service staff to strictly follow company SOPs and operational standards, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

4. Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily goals, review staff attendance, and ensure grooming and work readiness.

5. Oversee on-site service operations, handle customer feedback and complaints promptly, and ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.

6. Inspect dining areas, equipment, and table setups before service hours to ensure readiness according to standards.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry, with a solid understanding of Front-of-House operations and service procedures.

2. Strong ability to execute and manage daily operational tasks efficiently and independently.

3. Good planning and organizational skills, able to develop and implement detailed departmental work plans.

4. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; able to cooperate effectively with other departments.

5. Positive attitude with strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate, train, and develop team members.
