Job Description
- To streamline operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
- Organize resources and set goals and objectives.
- Formulate and implement IT strategies, policies and procedures.
- Serves information processing by planning, organizing, evaluating IT operations and managing staff effectively.
- Lead the team to make use of IT as strategic tool to support and educate end user department.
- Project Management, Develop Budgets, Promote Process Improvement and Resolve Conflict.
- Ensure smooth and proper development and implementation of processes to ensure quality of the deliverables.
- Improve IT Infrastructure (Enterprise Servers, Network capacity and Security) based on business requirement.
- Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
- To define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Working with groups within IT infrastructure and IT applications in resolving problem issues.
- Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or related working experience.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans.
- Effective communications and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT skills combined with a good head for business.
- Excellent networking skills with vendors and service providers.
- Minimum 8 years related working experience in the managerial level.
- Technical skills required: SAP S4 HANA, MS office Tools, Power BI, MSSQL server for database, HCL email, forms and workflow Lotus Notes, .Net, VMWare environment, forefront of digital transformation.
