Job Description

  • To streamline operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
  • Organize resources and set goals and objectives.
  • Formulate and implement IT strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Serves information processing by planning, organizing, evaluating IT operations and managing staff effectively.
  • Lead the team to make use of IT as strategic tool to support and educate end user department.
  • Project Management, Develop Budgets, Promote Process Improvement and Resolve Conflict.
  • Ensure smooth and proper development and implementation of processes to ensure quality of the deliverables.
  • Improve IT Infrastructure (Enterprise Servers, Network capacity and Security) based on business requirement.
  • Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
  • To define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Working with groups within IT infrastructure and IT applications in resolving problem issues.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or related working experience.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans.
  • Effective communications and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills combined with a good head for business.
  • Excellent networking skills with vendors and service providers.
  • Minimum 8 years related working experience in the managerial level.
  • Technical skills required: SAP S4 HANA, MS office Tools, Power BI, MSSQL server for database, HCL email, forms and workflow Lotus Notes, .Net, VMWare environment, forefront of digital transformation.
