About the job Front-of-House (FOH) Manager (Johor Bahru Branch)
Salary Range: RM4,600-RM5,500 + Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the Store Manager in implementing all operational directives and managing the day-to-day operations of the Front-of-House department to achieve business goals.
2. Lead by example and strictly comply with all store management policies; maintain an active presence on the floor during business hours and engage with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
3. Oversee and coordinate the work schedules, shift arrangements, and performance appraisals of service staff, cashiers, receptionists, and cleaning staff.
4. Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to check staff attendance, grooming, and readiness; summarize operational issues and communicate daily work instructions.
5. Supervise front-line operations, handle customer complaints promptly, and manage any on-site incidents effectively.
6. Manage and maintain Front-of-House property and equipment, ensuring all facilities, tools, and consumables are properly maintained, serviced, and replenished as needed.
Job Requirements
1.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, with solid knowledge of Front-of-House operations and service procedures.
2. Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and supervise the activities of multiple FOH teams.
3. Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of developing detailed and measurable departmental work plans.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; able to collaborate effectively with other departments.
5. Positive attitude, strong leadership presence, and capable of motivating, training, and developing subordinates.
