Career Trails, is working with a leading recruitment agency in the M and E industry, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work, and will be based in our London office.
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients in the M and E industry. This will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for M and E industry clients, from initial job brief to placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the M and E industry
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and specialized roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using various recruitment tools and systems
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for recruitment
