Job Description:
As a Senior Account Exec at Career Trails, you will play a crucial role in our retail design agency located in Surrey, United Kingdom. We are a full-time contract-based company that partners with a diverse range of brands in the luxury market and wellbeing industry.
We are seeking an experienced project manager / senior account exec with a strong background in client-facing roles and a proven track record in shop fitting and problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives
- Manage and oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop innovative and effective solutions for our clients
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Proactively communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on industry trends and insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management or account management role, preferably in a retail design or shop fitting agency can be project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the luxury market and wellbeing industry is a plus
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
