As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Agile Recruiter to join our team. You must have good knowledge and experience of CLOUD systems.
As an Agile Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and Agile methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and its application in recruitment
- Experience using Agile recruitment tools and techniques, such as Kanban boards and stand-up meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations
