Job Description:
An Established recruitment agency, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in the fields of Quantity Surveying and Project Management.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals. This is a 360 role, meaning you will be responsible for both business development and candidate management.
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in recruitment, preferably in the fields of Quantity Surveying and Project Management. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends.
As a permanent resident of Singapore, you will have a deep understanding of the local job market and be able to effectively identify and attract top talent for our clients. You will have use of the CLUB office and be working closely with another experience consultant. Additionally, having a background in the technical industry Quantity Surveying or Project Management will give you an edge in understanding the specific needs and requirements of our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Negotiate and close job offers with candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and advice to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the fields of Quantity Surveying and Project Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Proven track record of successful placements and client management
- Permanent resident of Singapore with a valid work permit
- Background in Quantity Surveying or Project Management is highly preferred
