Internship Program Summary
Our 12-week onsite Internship Program offers full-time or part-time placements in accounting firms and commercial organizations across Australia. This program is designed to provide aspiring professionals with hands-on industry experience to bridge the gap between education and employment.
Internship Duties & Learning Outcomes:
Interns will gain exposure to relevant accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Bank Reconciliation Processing transactions and ensuring accuracy.
- Bookkeeping (Xero) Generating reports and maintaining records.
- Office Administration Managing files, documentation, emails, and calls.
- Tax Accounting Preparing BAS, GST, payroll tax, and individual/business tax returns.
- Expense Processing Handling invoices, payments, and corporate transactions.
- Financial Reporting Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and rental P&L reports.
- Customer & Account Management Engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Bookkeeping & Accounting Software Working with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Excel and other industry tools.
