About the job HR & ADMIN INTERN (Melbourne)

The successful intern would get an exposure to the following duties:

  • Support with maintaining employee personnel files and filing systems, including, but not limited to, creating new folders, filing employee documents, and training records.
  • Update our workforce management and compliance systems with new and existing employee compliance and training records.
  • Conduct audits of employee compliance and training records.
  • Assist in the coordination of new employee staff inductions.
  • Assist with the coordination of new employee uniform distribution.
  • Assist with HR projects and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Must be studying, Cert IV, diploma, or bachelor's in human resources.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with an advanced understanding of Excel.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles.
  • Passion for the employee and candidate experience.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
