About the job HR & ADMIN INTERN (Melbourne)
The successful intern would get an exposure to the following duties:
- Support with maintaining employee personnel files and filing systems, including, but not limited to, creating new folders, filing employee documents, and training records.
- Update our workforce management and compliance systems with new and existing employee compliance and training records.
- Conduct audits of employee compliance and training records.
- Assist in the coordination of new employee staff inductions.
- Assist with the coordination of new employee uniform distribution.
- Assist with HR projects and reporting.
Requirements:
- Must be studying, Cert IV, diploma, or bachelor's in human resources.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with an advanced understanding of Excel.
- Basic understanding of HR principles.
- Passion for the employee and candidate experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
