    The ideal candidate will gain valuable exposure to various aspects of mechanical engineering, from design and analysis to hands-on manufacturing and quality control processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Design and Analysis:
      • Utilize 3D scanning and CAD software to create detailed models and designs.
      • Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess product performance under various conditions.
    2. Manufacturing Support:
      • Develop toolpaths for CNC operations using CAM software.
      • Operate CNC machines and perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, folding, welding, and deburring.
    3. Product Testing and Quality Control:
      • Participate in product testing and validation processes.
      • Perform continuous quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
    4. Assembly and Fitment:
      • Assist in the assembly and fitment of components to vehicles or machinery.
      • Generate comprehensive instructions for assembly and usage.
    5. Warehousing and Logistics:
      • Support stock management and maintain accurate inventory records.
      • Package products for despatch and ensure timely delivery.
    6. Team Collaboration:
      • Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production staff on various projects.
      • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
