Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to research, analyse, and improve internal systems and processes
• Assist in developing workflows across quoting, production, and quality
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process maps
• Support automation and streamlining of repetitive tasks
• Analyse current workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Assist in implementing process improvements and tracking outcomes
• Support data organisation, reporting, and basic analysis
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and feedback
• Contribute to building scalable systems and operational frameworks
