Our client, an established retail company is seeking a Sports Marketing Manager to build high-impact collaborations and elevate brand visibility through strategic partnerships, events, and sports marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:

Lead strategic partnerships with key organizations, athletes, and institutions to elevate brand presence and drive impactful storytelling in the sports market.

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with regional and international goals.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of partners to strengthen brand relevance in key markets.

  • Strategically plan and activate collaborations and event participation for maximum impact.

  • Oversee annual planning to support long-term growth and efficient resource use.

  • Use data insights to guide regional investment and decision-making.

  • Work closely with regional teams to identify, secure, and manage brand-aligned partnerships.

  • Lead negotiations and maintain strong partnerships in priority markets.

  • Manage partner initiatives for effective execution and successful outcomes.

  • Boost collaboration effectiveness through coordinated, integrated campaigns.

  • Ensure alignment of partnership strategies with overall brand direction.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years in Sports Marketing
  • Proven success in sports marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and partnership negotiations
  • Knowledge of sports markets, consumer behavior, and trends especially in the Philippines
  • Experience in event planning and sports-related activations
  • Background working with sports teams, athletes, or sports organizations is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation targeting sports audiences
